Betsy Brothers, MD

Betsy Brothers, MD, brings decades of experience and a strong commitment to women’s health to her role at Southwest Florida Women’s Group in Naples, Florida. Since entering private practice in 1993, she has cared for women through every stage of life, providing thoughtful, personalized obstetric and gynecologic care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Originally practicing in Tennessee for eight years, Dr. Brothers relocated to Naples with her family in 2001 and has proudly served the Southwest Florida community ever since. She earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, before completing medical school at LSU Medical School in New Orleans. She went on to complete her residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Brothers is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). Her clinical interests include preventive women’s healthcare, routine wellness exams, pregnancy care, menopause support, and treatment for gynecologic conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and abnormal bleeding.

At Southwest Florida Women’s Group, Dr. Brothers is dedicated to helping women feel empowered in their healthcare decisions while delivering compassionate care they can trust.
