Gabriela Pachori, MD

Gabriela Pachori, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized women’s healthcare at Southwest Florida Women’s Group in Naples, Florida. Since beginning private practice in Naples in 2012, she has focused on helping women feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

Dr. Pachori earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before receiving her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Pachori is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for a diverse patient population. She values strong communication and believes every woman deserves personalized care tailored to her unique health needs and goals.

At Southwest Florida Women’s Group, Dr. Pachori provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, including annual wellness exams, pregnancy care, birth control counseling, menopause support, and treatment for a variety of gynecologic concerns. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on education, prevention, and long-term wellness.
